As many of our clients and vendors know, we incorporated in August of 1999 as an advising firm to help highly successful individuals and businesses with management, billing, and technology challenges.

For most of that time we have operated under the Renisant brand name. In 2005 we added auditoriumA.com as a web-based brand which received positive reviews from PC Magazine and CNET among others. In January of 2008 we launched our Mindovo branded technology concierge service.

Given the runaway success of our Mindovo brand we have decided to drop both the Renisant and auditoriumA.com names and unify all of our efforts under the single brand name of Mindovo.

Earlier today we received word from the State of Wisconsin that our application to change the name of our corporation from Renisant Corporation to Mindovo, Inc. has been accepted, making both our public brand name and corporate name one-and-the-same.

auditoriumA.com is currently scheduled to be relaunched as Mindovo Passport.
