Tony Mars

Our Founder
Tony Mars is the founder of Mindovo, Inc. and an active philanthropist. He has appeared in The New York Times, CNET, the Associated Press, North Shore Magazine, the Chicago Tribune, and other publications related to technology and Mindovo projects.

Elected Office
In 2009, Tony was elected to serve as a Trustee for the Winnetka-Northfield Library District in Chicago’s North Shore. His service, which concluded in 2011, was dedicated to advancing the technology infrastructure of the library and working to imagine the “library of the future” in the Internet Age.

Community Service
Under Tony’s leadership, Mindovo has made it a central priority to deliver enterprise grade technology tools to locally based non-profits. Mindovo has donated both cash gifts and in-kind services to many leading non-profits including the Garden Guild of Winnetka, Designs for Dignity, Rush Hospital Woman’s Board, the Infant Welfare Society of Chicago, and others.

Education
Tony Mars was educated at Harvard University and the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He currently serves as a Harvard College Admissions Interviewer and continues life long learning via select coursework at Northwestern University, as well as active participation in TED.
